We make this from scratch the way its meant to be made. Roma tomatoes lots of garden vegetables, garlic, and a rich deep flavor that can only come from a home made sauce. Its a little spicy---but not with heat, just packed with flavor. We make the sauce with eggplant, (which: wow) and its a very low acid sauce that will keep you coming back for more!
